How we work

Editorial policy

Clarity about evidence, interpretation, and uncertainty is part of the work.

Sources and claims

Our articles link to primary documents wherever possible. A policy statement tells readers what an organisation says or plans; it does not, by itself, establish what happens in every ward or home. We distinguish those claims in the text.

Article labels

An explainer describes a topic or system. Analysis interprets evidence and implications. A reported feature draws on interviews or direct reporting. An evidence review examines a defined body of research. A perspective presents an attributed argument. Each article is assigned one subject category; series and tags connect related work.

Dates and corrections

We date articles and show an updated date when a substantive change is made. Statistics are tied to their reporting period. If a material error is identified, it should be corrected in the article with a note explaining the change. A public corrections contact will be added before accepting outside submissions.

Independence

NurseNet.HK is an independent editorial project. Articles should make their evidential basis visible, and relevant conflicts of interest should be disclosed in the article.
